In real estate, I've sold some really unique properties over the years!
But, this 69-acres of beautiful mountain property had a $70k treehouse built on it. It was off the ground 30' and 2-bay oversized garage nearby as well.
Apparently the seller built this treehouse for his grandkids and what a place it is... high on top some telephone poles, screened in with a fireplace, and full bath. It's not camping, it is "glamping!!"
