When I describe real estate, I say "behind every transaction is a transition". In the case of this home in the Green Acres subdivision in Smyrna, it was an Estate Sale.
In this home a family of 5 were raised along with two parents. This house served as their home for several generations. You can imagine the many memories attached to it.
It is sold now and it's new owners will have the opportunity to create some new memories in it.
