Sometimes navigating either a real estate listing or a real estate deal can be tedious especially in a suddenly changing market - like the one we are in now. That said, there can be successes.
This particular property garnered a lot of interest proving by several offers, two contracts that terminated within their due diligence time period... and the last contract has stuck. We just passed the due diligence time period and will move on to closing, which is just around the corner.
