    This is my latest deal in Roswell Springs, a condominium community in Old Historic Roswell just off of S. Atlanta Street by the Chattahoochee river.     In real estate, I've sold some really unique properties over the years! But, this 69-acres of beautiful mountain property had a $70k treehouse built on it. It was off the ground 30' and 2-bay oversized garage nearby as well. Apparently the seller built this treehouse for his grandkids and what a place it is... high on top some telephone poles, screened in with a fireplace, and full bath.
