I represented this client during his initial purchase in June of 2020. Unfortunately, due to a corporate transfer he needed to sell it, which we did in December of 2021. The price he paid was $376,800. We listed it for sale in October of 2021 at $514,900 and after 6 needed days on the market, a bevy of showings, and 9 offers we went under contract. We closed in early December at $552,000 or 107% of his asking price. That is a gross net of $175,200 in a year and a half.
